Path Elements Profile

Communicate Effectively

How much more productive and fulfilling would your workplace be if everyone in your team had a clear understanding of themselves and of one another, and knew exactly how to communicate with each other to maximize high performance?  Effective communication is the greatest tool in any successful relationship, team, or business.

PEP™ Training

The Path Elements Profile (PEP)™ Training Program is based on the premise that all people can identify with the characteristics of one or more of our planet’s basic elements – Earth, Fire, Water, and Wind.  Each of these unique elements represents a person’s different tendencies toward communication and behavior.  Once you understand the elements that best represent who you are and what your communication style is, you’ll realize that not everyone shares that style.  PEP™ will then teach you the skills you need to effectively communicate with people of different or opposite elements.

PEP™ is a highly intuitive communication tool that is short, simple, sound, firespreadable, and sticky.  Here’s why…

Short: quickly taught in a four-hour format, saves time and money
Simple: easily understood by everyone
Sound: scientifically validated for reliability
Spreadable: moves quickly through all levels of an organization
Sticky: applied long after the training session is over

The Four Elements

Take a look at the four elements below.  How would you describe yourself?  The Path Elements Profile™ can help you discover which element, or combination of elements, describes you best, and what that means in terms of your behavioral tendencies and communication preferences.

earth

Earth’s strengths include stability, predictability, and a sense of the long term, grounding, and orderly movement.  Earth is sure of itself.

fire

Fire’s strengths include being mesmerizing, exciting, passionate, intense, purifying, illuminating, and committed.  It has no fear of confrontation.

water

Water’s strengths include its vitality, life-giving properties, flexibility, and easygoing nature.  It brings balance, is a problem solver, finds solutions, seeks harmony, and is a team player.

wind

Wind’s strengths include spontaneity, energy, forward motion, and the ability to supersede all boundaries.  It is the element most capable of moving all others.  It is the first element to bring the scent of danger, and it is the first element to bring the scent of spring.

PEP™ is a Powerful Tool

PEP™ is a powerful tool that will help you gain an objective view of yourself, including strengths and challenges, and will help you accept and value others based on their uniqueness.  You will see just how much can be accomplished when people have a realistic expectation of each unique individual, and learn to relate and communicate based on other people’s needs in a language that allows truths to be told in a respectful and honoring way.  Improved teamwork is an invaluable commodity – it increases productivity, and saves time, money, and energy.
