Realizing life is so short, Shannell sets out to ignite the pursuit of purpose in everyone she meets. Shannell recognizes that many people live in hoplessness, and many wander aimlessly through life, never allowing their gifts and talents to surface. She has a gift to see potential in those who doubt, and a longing to help others get on the path intended for them. She has partnered with several non-profit organizations with her mission in mind. Little by little Shannell is helping today's youth and community meet their potential, and she wants you to be a part of this powerful movement too!
Operation Progress Shannell is the Regional Director of Operation Progress, a non-profit organization in Los Angeles reaching out to underprivileged children in the area. Using The Four Elements of Success™, and The Path4Teens™ curriculum Shannell coaches the LAPD officers who started the program, and mentors the youth recipients.
Sharefest Community Development, Inc. Shannell is a group leader for Sharefest’s Youth Development Academy. The YDA agenda involves health, nutrition, character building, decision making, self-awareness, and leadership. Through The Path4Teens™ course she imparts lifelong tools and vision to help students overcome negative prophecies from their childhood, and have a fresh start to build their future and help the community.
Maria Evans Ministries Using The Path Elements Profile™, Shannell coached Maria Evans’ team to help them utilize their individual gifts, and understand their diverse personality types. This helped the ministry team operate more effectively, and created a harmonious work environment. More importantly, it helped them further their mission to bring women together who want more from God, and help them unwrap what God has placed on the inside of them so that they can fulfill His call on their lives.
